Your school’s books, kept faithfully.

We run the accounting for Seventh-day Adventist K–12 schools, for one flat monthly fee, so your staff can spend their time with families and students.

Most schools can’t afford a full-time business manager, or can’t find one who truly understands Adventist education. We do. From student accounts to monthly close, we handle the entire financial back-office so your leadership can focus on the school.

What comes off your plate

Monthly close

Reconciliations, accruals and a board-ready packet every month.

Student accounts

Payments recorded in AASI and kept in step with FACTS.

Accounts payable

Bills and cards run through Ramp, approved by your managers, coded to the right function.

Deposits and receipts

Every gift and payment posted, with a second check against FACTS.

Audit readiness

Documentation kept the way GCAS auditors expect, all year.

Budget support

Budget against actual each month, and help building next year’s.

How it starts

A flat monthly fee, priced from your own ledger. No hourly billing.

  2. We review how your books run today and send you a fixed monthly price.
  3. We take over the work, starting with your next month-end close.

Straightforward answers

Is it appropriate for a school to contract with an outside LLC?

Yes. Schools regularly contract with outside providers such as auditors, legal counsel and IT firms, and this is no different. Our engagement is a standard vendor relationship, not an employment arrangement. Schools should confirm alignment with their conference treasurer, which we are happy to support.

How is sensitive student and financial data protected?

We use secure file transfer, access controls and FERPA-conscious data handling. We work inside the same systems your school already uses, which limits data exposure, and we are happy to sign a data processing or confidentiality agreement.

Will GCAS auditors be comfortable with this arrangement?

Our documentation practices are designed with GCAS audit readiness in mind. We keep clean, organized records throughout the year rather than scrambling at audit time, and we know what auditors look for.

What systems do you work in?

We work natively in AASI.NET and FACTS, the core platforms used across Adventist K–12 schools, and we run payables through Ramp. If your school uses additional tools, we adapt.

Can you work with our existing on-site staff?

Absolutely. Accounting Support is designed for schools that have a part-time bookkeeper or office manager on site. We handle the complex work, such as reconciliations, close and reporting, while coordinating with your team.

Do you handle payroll?

No. Faculty and staff payroll is typically managed through the conference, and student payroll stays with your school. We keep the books those payrolls post to.

Store up for yourselves treasures in heaven.

Who does the work

Kevin Martin has more than four years of experience working inside the Adventist school system, and seven years as a boarding academy student before that. He works natively in AASI.NET and FACTS, knows how GCAS auditors review a school’s books, and understands the rhythms of campus life and the pressures on school leadership.
